MACC and RMP:the question of the integrity

For this week,i would like to share my views and opinion about the topic that i am going to discuss.

For several months ago,we were shocked with the death of the political aide to the Selangor Executive councillor,Teoh Beng Hock who was found death in the vicinity of MACC Selangor headquarters on July.He was believed to have fallen from the 14th floor.To me,it was very shocked for such young man should fight for the good cause found dead in MACC Selangor headquarters.It was really shocked and to make me suprise that it was found dead on the office of the MACC.How come he found dead on that building.To me,i was wondering where is the security surviallance on that building MACC Building that we highly respected as commision that fought against the corruption problem.Why should be happened?

I was wondering,is there any death ploy which perpuated by the UMNO people,after all,he was witness for the corruption cases.I also question the integrity of MACC in conducting the duty and their proffesionalisme.How come the this witness were found death on this MACC building?This young witness should be protected by MACC for giving the information and MACC officer to facilitate the investigation of the corruption cases.This is another puzzle question that should be answers by the MACC officer itself.Or probably the MACC is the another Najib propaganda machine that attempted to crackdown the oppisition parties and people.If this true,mean that the MACC are losing the trust and faith from Malaysian people.For me,this incident remind me to the another prevois story which the death of the A.Kugan who was found death while in police custody.I also question the integrity and proffesiolisme of the Malaysian Police when conducting their duty and handling the prisoner while in Jail.Are there performed their duty well as well the transparent when handling the certain crimal cases.

As Malaysian,this case should not be happenned in that building for we believe that MACC is the independent commision to fight not just corruption cases but also the money politics and emblezzement finds that rampant in malaysian socity and politics.

I believe every Malaysian people really want the authorities to fight the corruption cases.It is just how they performed their duty.

The death of A.kugan in the police custody and the death of Ten Beng Hock in MACC building reminds how the police and the MACC conducting their duties when handling the certain cases.To MACC and the Police,i urged this two enforcement agency to be transparent and accountability when performed their duties.They should be more intergrity and honest when handling the certain criminal cases.

Let just hope that in ther future,that this two incident shall never happened again the future.

The Cow incidents:Another ugly episode in Malaysia.

We had just celebrated our country 52th independence day since our country free from the british colony power in 1957.Somehow,we as malaysian been shocked with ugly incidents with should not happened in our multiracial society.Just before our country celebrated 52th independence day, 3 before,we been shocked with Cow incidents.On 28th august 2009,a group 50 section 23 residents (alleged by the UMNOputras member) after Friday prayer,marched from the state Mosque to the state sectariat at 300m away to protes the relocation of the Hindu Temple.

In the process,the severed head of a cow was produced and some overzealous protestors stepped on it.It was recorded by the Malaysiakini for all to see.To me as Malaysian people,this is very outrageous behaviour that should be not happened in our society.Instead of sending the Cow head as the sign protesters,the resident themselves should ues the proper channel to voice their grouse and concern.It is really disgusting and yet another sign shows that the element racist still existed in our society despite we been urged to promote peace and unity among the malaysian people.To me,this is should not happened. and the most shocking is that this cow are sacred animal to the Hindu people.I want ask question to them ,do you what are you doing?Have your religion ever teach you on how to respect the other people or races?Do you know that we live in peace in multiracial society and we should not offend the sensitivity of the other races?
As a Malaysian non Muslim,despite i am non muslims,i always believe that the Islam religion teach the muslim people to respect the other people belief and their sensitivity.To all Hindu people,i urged them to be sensibel and patients in this ugly episode.

As malaysian,i totally against of this violent behaviour that should not been happened.We should respect the belief and sensitivity of the other people.After all,we are malaysian that live in peace and unity and we are lucky for having the diversity culture that we should defend of it.Such incident that happened previous weeks ago are remind us that we as the mutiracial society still struglling to overcome the racissm issue as well as the racial polarisation that still rampant in our society today.To me,This prostester shoud be charged under Sedition Act for inciting the religious violence in Malaysia.For whatever reason ,do not use the sensitivity of the other races to voice the concern.Instead use the proper channel to voice the concern or grouse to the higher authorities.

For year and years,we have teach and though to promote the peace and unity among the multiracial society.As young people,we should thankfull to the God Almighty for we live in peace and unity and blessed with beautifull nation.

Let us remind ourselves that the Cow incidents shuold not happened in our society.Take it as lessons to us for promoting peace and unity among the malaysian people regardless of their respective races and religion.Let pray that the ugly episode should not happened again in the future.

PAS president admits making ‘cawat’ remarks By Raynore Mering
KUCHING: PAS president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang has admitted to using the word ‘cawat’ (loincloth) on voters in Batang Ai, but denied he was insulting them.

He said in a report on NST Online yesterday he was lashing out at Barisan Nasional (BN) leaders for fooling Sarawak voters into voting for the coalition and that it was not his intention to insult the voters.
“I feel sorry for them as they are being tricked by BN politicians. This has resulted in the voters not being brave enough to vote for a change unlike voters in Peninsular Malaysia,” he said at a ceramah in Kepala Batas on Sunday night.
To Parti Rakyat Sarawak (PRS) president Dato Sri Dr James Masing, however, Hadi’s explanation for what was obviously an offensive comment was nothing more than rhetoric.
He also felt that the explanation was typical of Pakatan Rakyat (PR) leaders who played on the emotions of the people in the hope of turning them from the BN.
“The voters in Batang Ai are smart to vote for a credible political organisation in BN, than to vote for a new set up (PR) which is full of rhetoric and sweet promises which they know PR can’t deliver.
“Hadi will find that voters in Batang Ai vote with their head and not their heart, if he is smart enough to analyse the situation,” Masing, who is Land Development Minister, told The Borneo Post.
Reacting to Ngemah assemblyman Gabriel Adit’s call for forgiveness for Hadi for the remarks, Masing said: “How can the Dayak community forgive Hadi for his insulting remarks. After all we are mere humans and not divine beings as Adit correctly pointed out. For a mere mortal, sometimes the learning process can be costly.”
Adit, who is a member of Parti Keadilan Rakyat’s (PKR) State Leaders’ Council, had said on Monday that if indeed Hadi had uttered the remarks, he should be informed of the truth and facts about Sarawak.
“If he had said it (cawat), then he should be forgiven for his ignorance because he did not know what he was talking about. Forgive him. Teach him,” Adit said.
Hadi had spoken of the ‘cawat’ in a Malaysiakini report on July 11 in the run-up to the Manek Urai by-election.
He also said the voters in Batang Ai did not know how to vote.
He was quoted as saying: “Semua pilihanraya kecil sebelum ini keputusannya memihak kepada kita. Cuma di Batang Ai sahaja kita kalah sebab mereka ini tidak reti undi, pakai cawat lagi. Saya bukan nak hina tetapi tempat yang pakai molek, undi PAS.
“(In all previous by-elections, the results favoured us. Only in Batang Ai did we lose because they did not know how to vote, still wearing loincloth. I am not trying to insult, but those places dressed nicely, vote for PAS).”
In the Batang Ai by-election on April 7, PR was defeated by a BN greenhorn, Malcolm Mussen.
Mussen garnered 3,907 votes to win by a majority of 1,854 votes against Parti Keadilan Rakyat’s Jawah Gerang, the former five-time MP of Lubok Antu.
Held simultaneously with the Batang Ai by-election were by-elections in Bukit Gantang, Perak, and Bukit Selambau, Kedah.
In both seats, BN lost by a margin of more than 2,000 votes.
Hadi’s remarks had incurred the wrath of BN leaders, including Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Alfred Jabu, who demanded an apology from Hadi.
The PRS Batang Ai Youth Wing is planning to burn PAS flags in Engkilili town as a show of protest against Hadi’s remarks.
They are now awaiting a police permit for the gathering.

My view.

I was vey suprised to read recent borneopost nespaper online which publicity the statement of the Dayak people who were insult by the religious party leader,datuk seri abdul hadi wang which stated the dayak people still wear the cawat cloth despite voting the barisan national party in batang ai state election recently.I did not intend ingnite racial riot among the other communities but to share my view about that statement.

i was very sad and yet disheartening that another degradotory word or statement that issued by the reliogious leader condenming the dayak communities that they wearing the cawat cloth.Despite i am not dayak people,but it was very shamenfull for why this religious leader condenming the other communities.i was very dissappointed of this people who had shallow and uncivilised mind to condenm the other minority community.What they had done definely will going spark the racial riot amont the malaysia.For me,such staement only making the situation getting worse and i could disbelieve of this ignorant and insolent of this cleric leader for making the shamefull statemnt to the other communities.How we are going to promote the one malaysia concept if this people continue to lookdown other race as it looks likes he is racist guy.I am very disapponited of it.I hope that such that leader will shall never never again make that malicious statement in the future.After all we are malaysian people that always live in peace and unity with other communities.We should not lookdown with other communities.As sarawakian chinese people, we should never lookdown to the other communities.i always belive that other peopl have thier own cultural that should respected.Perhaps this religious leader should be dead for making that such stupid and fool statement that degradetory other minority races.

As Sarawakian,i always that leader should responsible for making any staemnt that not offended other communities.Let hope that we as malaysian will always live in tranquility and peace.

New DUN building:the political icon of sarawak.

The new DUN icon political which was located at near Sarawak River was launched by his majesty on yesterday 28 july 2009 are became the latest icon of sarawak.Such beautifull building which should be pround by the sarawakian people as our state is democractic state.

The recently launched of the new DUN building becam the latest landmark for the kuching people as well as the sarawak.As democractic state,we sholud be pround for its manifested of the building as a icon democracy which continue became main prinsip in our natin

The story of DUN building was first start when James Brooke led the first state council in Bintulu,sarawak in 19th century which was attended by the tribe chief from various ethnic as well as the the british colonial officer.It was became a first malaysian legislative assembly in malaysia.By the 2oth century the DUN assembly was moved to its new place at the Brooke Old Courtyard House which located near the India street currently.The historic building is still existed and has been listed as tourist attraction.By the 1960s,the sarawak at that time was still in brotish crown colony,the DUN Assembly was again moved to the new palce at the muzium Tun abdul razak.After joining the Mlayasian 16 september 1963,the State Govermnent needed the new legislative Building as well the permanet building.The new DUN Building was build at the petrajaya and was launched by the Tunku Abdul Rahman,then the prime minister at that time.The New DUN Building was lauched as sign of the entering of Sarawak state to Malaysia.The New DUN building was also house of the sarawak government such as Wisma Bapa Malaysia.

In year 2007,Sarawak Government lauched a new plan to build another DUN building to accomated the growing number of the assemblyman seat in sarawak.Today,the DUN Seat Sarawak state is largest in Malaysian with 71 seats.Such the growing number of the DUN seat are needed to accomadate the number of the DUN seat s well as to became the official the house of Sarawak Goverment.The project was lauched and the New DUN Building was build near the sarawak river as well as near to the Astana Negeri.The New DUN Building was unique as it was the style of Commonwealth parliament was usually located near the river.

As Sarawakian, i am very pround of the new DUN building was very important t our state.Despite been faraway from my homeland, i always believe this new landmark will beacme great icon for sarawak as well as the Malaysia.Let hope that the democracy of Sarawak will continue to posperous and it is hope the Sarawak goverment continue develop and build our nation in the future so that our people will continue to move forward in the future.Kudos to them.

The Demolition of the Kuching Historical building;Another brutal policy for the sake of the development by the Big Fish BN.

KUCHING HISTORIC BUILDING IN GAMBIER STREET;THE GAMBIER MARKET,THE KUCHING FISH MARKET,THE POULTRY MARKET,THE GARMET STORE MARKET AND THE BAN HOCK WHARFT JETTY.

There a lots of old building here in gambier street ... most of them has been here since 1900.But sadly,it will disappear in the future times and our younger generation will never see this historical building as it was very valuable since it was existed during the Rajah Charles Brooke Reign during the 19th century.It was widely reported several years ago that this historical building will demolish to pave way for the development of the another extension of the Current Kuching Waterfront to the Brooke Shipping Dockyard.It was really sad to me as Sarawakian people and especially to the Kuching people for it has historical values that should be preserve for the future generation.

This building has been known as Kuching Fish Market. Most of the hawkers has been situated elsewhere as to make ways for future development. This very old building situated between Gambier Street and Sungai Sarawak. This building has been here for about more than 50 years. I hope the Government wouldn't tear it down as it should be preserve for future generation.

It was very disheartening and sad news for the all sarawakian people especially the Kuching peopLE that this historical building located at Gambier street in kuching will soon demolished to pave of the development of the another extension of the Kuching Waterfront to the Brooke Dockyard Shipping.To me,this tottaly brutal and savage for why this old historical building should be sacrife in the name of the development by the gredy people.

This historical building should preserve and deserve to get renovation and beautifiaction back to the original day when it was built during of the Rajah Charles Brooke Reign in 19 th century.As kuching people,why they have to demolish this historical buildingwhich years became history landmark among the kuching people as well as the foreign tourist itself.

Despite of the objection against this demolition by several parties such the opposition parties as well as the public itself,the greedy goverment insist it will continue for the sake of the development and the tourist.Eventhough,it reach to the deaf ear,the big credit and big applause should also be given to several parties who against of this demolition historic building.

For example,recently the Padungan Assemblyman Dominic Ng from PKR lauched the memorundum and collection signatures from the public to express their view of this demolition and appeal to the state goverment as well as the DBKU local authorities to reconsider of this demolition historic building.The Sarawak Heritage Society were also taking part of it by getting the asssement as well as the measuring of this old building to perserve it for the future generation.Kudos to themy for they are trying to save of this historical building from destruction in the name of the greedy development.

To me,as kuching people,i am doubt of recently that the tourism urbanisation ministry to lauch project of helping the Kuching City to listed by UNESCo as world heritage city list.To me,this is another rubbish project.If they cant perserve this historical building from destruction,it will not meaning of it.

As Sarawakian people,despite been far away from my home town,i always believe that this state treasure should be preserve for the future generation.It shouldnot be demolish but instead restore the renovation and beautification of this historic building back to original that days it was built.Instead turn it into another tourist attraction to promote the sarawak tourism to the tourist so that it will remind us that the White Rajah once ruled of this holy Land of Hornbill long time ago.

THE PPSMI POLICY:ANOTHER HALF BAKED POLICY

It is very disheartening yet another half baked policy.to me,as a malaysian citizen ,this cleary show us that our current leader are idiot and making unwise decision regarding of the ppsmi current policy which from 2012,the teaching of PPSMI back to Bahasa malaysia as medium of instruction in science and mathematic.

To me,this is very pathentic and yet another sign that our country will back to backward nation.As a student,by using english as medium of instruction in teaching science and mathematic,it will definely bringing our nation to move foirward .It is because in tis modern world,we cant denied that all knowledge that based on the science and mathematic subject are using the english language.after all,the most spoken language that spoken by people around the world is ennglish as well as the mandarin,spanish and french.It is very disappointing to us as why this best policy should reverse back.why they have to do this.to me,this should not happened.if our country really want to move forward and produce the best human capital,we should continue the PPSMI policy as the best way to ensure our country move advanced nation as well as able to produce the best young people who will became a future leader in future time

I am very sympathy especially to the students either primary school and secondary school.They are one who have suffers of this backward policy.To me,it is seems like they are white mice that been used as experiments to experiments certain thing.I really sympathy of this people.Why they have to suffer of this policy.


Can we have single education policy that reliable yet suitable to our children without sacrifes future of them.As a students i really wish that the end of the day,our children in today and the future will able to get a best education witout constant changing policyand hassle of it.

let hope in the future, our children will able to get a best education so that they able contribute their effort to our beloved nation.
